This Disclaimer governs your use of the SunZee1 platform at sunzee1.com and the SunZee1 Progressive Web App. By accessing or using our platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted the statements and limitations set out in this Disclaimer. If you do not accept these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.
1. Investment Risk Disclosure
All investment involves risk. The value of your investment and the income derived from it may go down as well as up.
SunZee1 operates a solar energy investment platform where member returns derive from the revenue generated by real solar power plants through electricity sales. While solar energy is among the most stable and predictable forms of power generation, and while our current average daily profit rate is 1.62%, past performance is not a guarantee, warranty, or reliable indicator of future results.
Factors that may affect returns include but are not limited to:
- Changes in electricity market prices or grid tariff structures
- Weather events, natural disasters, or extreme conditions affecting solar array output
- Grid operator or utility buyer payment delays or disputes
- Regulatory or policy changes affecting renewable energy in operating jurisdictions
- Technical failures in solar equipment, inverters, or storage systems despite maintenance
- Force majeure events beyond SunZee1’s reasonable control
- Currency fluctuations affecting revenue from international operations
Before investing, you should carefully consider whether solar energy investment is appropriate for your individual financial situation, risk tolerance, and investment goals. If you are uncertain, we strongly recommend consulting an independent, qualified financial adviser before committing funds.

2. No Guarantee of Returns
The average daily profit rate published on our platform — currently 1.62% — represents the historical average across active investment plans and is provided for informational purposes only. It is not a guarantee, promise, or contractual commitment that you will achieve this rate of return on your investment.
Your actual returns will depend on:
- The specific investment plan you select and its associated terms
- The period during which your plan is active
- Solar array performance during your investment term
- Platform operational factors
Specific plan profit rates are set out in each plan’s terms and are contractual within the bounds described in those terms. Please review individual plan terms carefully before investing.
3. Not a Deposit-Taking Institution
SunZee1 is not a bank, deposit-taking institution, or financial institution regulated as such under Pakistani banking law. Funds you deposit on the SunZee1 platform are investment funds — not bank deposits — and are therefore not covered by any deposit insurance or government guarantee scheme.
4. Regulatory Status
SunZee1 (Private) Limited is registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) as a private company under the Companies Act, 2017 (Corporate UIN 0345458) and with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) as a taxpayer (NTN J451054).
SECP company registration is not equivalent to SECP authorization to conduct regulated investment business. Members should be aware of this distinction. If you have questions about the regulatory status of our activities, we encourage you to consult the SECP’s own publications or seek independent legal advice.
5. Shariah Compliance Disclaimer
The Shariah compliance ruling (Fatwa) published on the SunZee1 website was issued by Darul Ifta, Jamia Islamia Muhammadiya (Maslak Deoband), Faisalabad, and represents the scholarly opinion of that institution based on its review of SunZee1’s business model.
This Fatwa is a religious ruling from the named scholarly institution — it is not a government approval, regulatory authorization, or certification by any official body.
Islamic jurisprudence encompasses multiple valid schools of thought (madhabs), and scholars of different traditions may reach different conclusions on the same question. Members who follow a different school of thought, or who wish to obtain independent religious guidance, are encouraged to present the published Fatwa document to their own trusted scholar for review.
SunZee1 does not guarantee that its operations will be considered permissible under every interpretation of Islamic law, and nothing on our platform constitutes a religious ruling binding on any individual member.
6. Platform Availability Disclaimer
SunZee1 endeavors to maintain platform availability at the highest possible level. Our current energy uptime stands at 99.94% across our solar infrastructure. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times.
The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to:
- Scheduled maintenance (we provide advance notice where possible)
- Unplanned technical issues or infrastructure failures
- Cyberattacks or security incidents requiring emergency response
- Third-party service provider outages
- Events beyond our reasonable control
We will not be liable for losses arising from platform unavailability where such unavailability is beyond our reasonable control.
7. Third-Party Links and Content
The SunZee1 platform may contain links to third-party websites, including regulatory registry websites, payment processor portals, and informational resources. These links are provided for your convenience only.
SunZee1 has no control over the content, availability, or accuracy of third-party websites and accepts no responsibility for them. The inclusion of a link to a third-party website does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or approval of that website or its content.
8. Accuracy of Information
SunZee1 takes reasonable care to ensure that all information published on the platform is accurate and up to date at the time of publication. However:
- Information about solar array performance, utilization rates, and earnings figures reflects real-time data that changes continuously
- Investment plan terms, profit rates, and available payment methods are subject to change and the latest information is always the version displayed within your account dashboard
- Company information, legal registration details, and regulatory information is accurate as of the last updated date of this Disclaimer
We reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies on the platform at any time without prior notice. Do not make investment decisions based solely on promotional content or third-party descriptions of SunZee1 — always refer to the official platform terms displayed within your account.
9. Security Disclaimer
SunZee1 implements enterprise-grade security measures including ISO 27001 certification, hardware-backed sessions, two-factor authentication, withdrawal whitelisting, and automated anomaly detection. However:
No digital platform can guarantee absolute security against all possible threats. Cybersecurity threats evolve continuously. While we invest significantly in protecting your account and data, we cannot guarantee that security incidents will never occur.
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- Using a strong, unique password for your SunZee1 account
- Enabling two-factor authentication
- Setting up your withdrawal whitelist
- Reporting any suspicious account activity to us immediately
- Only accessing SunZee1 through the official platform at sunzee1.com
SunZee1 will never ask you for your password or two-factor authentication code. Any communication making such a request is fraudulent. Report it immediately to security@sunzee-1.pk.
10. Fake Platform Warning
The only official SunZee1 platform is located at sunzee1.com. SunZee1 does not distribute APK files through third-party websites, social media channels, or messaging platforms.
Be aware that fraudulent actors may create look-alike websites, fake social media accounts, or modified APK files claiming to be SunZee1. These are not affiliated with SunZee1 (Private) Limited in any way.
SunZee1 accepts no responsibility for any loss suffered as a result of using a fraudulent platform, fake app, or look-alike website. If you are unsure whether you are on the genuine SunZee1 platform, verify the URL in your browser shows exactly sunzee1.com before logging in or making any transaction.
11. Tax Obligations
SunZee1 is registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (NTN J451054) and meets its own tax obligations under Pakistani law. However, SunZee1 does not provide tax advice to members, and nothing on the platform constitutes tax guidance.
Your investment earnings through SunZee1 may constitute taxable income under Pakistani tax law depending on your individual circumstances. You are solely responsible for understanding and meeting your own tax obligations arising from platform earnings. We recommend consulting a qualified tax professional for advice specific to your situation.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SunZee1 (Private) Limited, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:
- Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, or loss of data arising from use of the platform
- Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind
- Any loss arising from investment decisions made based on platform information
- Any loss arising from platform unavailability, security incidents, or third-party service failures
- Any loss arising from your use of a fraudulent platform or fake app not operated by SunZee1
Nothing in this Disclaimer limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under Pakistani law.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Disclaimer and all matters relating to the SunZee1 platform are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from or relating to your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
14. Changes to This Disclaimer
We may update this Disclaimer from time to time to reflect changes in our operations, legal requirements, or platform features. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made. Material changes will be communicated to members via email or in-app notification with reasonable advance notice.
